This athlete, and his partner Vladimir Ignatenko, competed for VS Tallinn, and the OlyMADMen call them Estonian. They were Russians however, and may well have been sent to Tallinn to train on the Olympic course. I call them Russians, and I have changed the spelling of Zhdanov.
