There is some confusion around 11th and 12th place. Afghanistan and the United States lost all their matches, except for the two they played against each other. Their final match, which would have settled 11th place, was drawn. The USA had conceded less goals in the other two matches and should be placed in front. The Wikipedia article however states that Afghanistan was ranked 11th because they had won the match in the preliminary round. I have decided to follow suit to the MADMen and rank both teams equal-11th.
  11. United States

The teams that lost a quarterfinal would play for positions 5-8. Semifinals and a final were scheduled. In one semifinal, Australia and Kenya were tied after 40 minutes of extra time, and the light made further play impossible. The referee tossed a coin and declared Australia the winner. Australia then played and won the final against New Zealand. But Kenya appealed the referee's decision to have a toss for the win, and their appeal was granted; The match was replayed and Australia won 2-1. Strangely though, they now also had to replay the final, and New Zealand beat Australia (1-0) to claim fifth place.

There were obviously matches scheduled for avery position, but there was no match played between Kenya and Germany. Apparently it was Germany who did not wish to play on. Therefore, I class Kenya as seventh. Besides, Kenya had beaten Germany in round one!
