1948 Olympians from Chinese Taipei

The 1948 Chinese team was sent by the "Republic of China", but the mainland, while already under Communist rule, was not yet fully established. The team consisted of athletes that are to be classed as Chinese (8-1), Chinese Taipei (12 men and one woman), Hong Kong (8), and even two athletes from Singapore.
