in Pierre et Jean (so probably called Pierre!) and probably in Plume-Patte.
I have assumed that Jean d'Estournelles de Constant sailed both in the 1/2-1 ton class in "Pierre et Jean" and in the 0-1/2 ton class in "Plume-Patte". In Mallon's book, the crew of Plume-Patted is listed as Jacques d'Estournelles de Constant, so this is probably a mistake. Plume-Patte is listed as non-finisher on 24/5, but it is more likely the boat did not start, as Jean d'Estournelles was sailing in Pierre et Jean at the same time.
It is then logical to assume that the unknown crewman accompanying Jean was also the same sailor throughout.

Louis Auguste-Dormeuil sailed in Carabinier in the Open Class and the second race of his weight class, but in Petit-Poucet in the first of those races. He must have had a crewman and I assume it is the same person in all three races.
