Officially, he is ranked ninth in Beijing. The rankings were not updated after Ara Abrahamian was stripped of his bronze medal. However, Abrahamian won his bronze medal completely correctly. He only lost that medal because he protested during the award ceremony. Consequently there is no need to change the lower places.
