Yelena Rabigovna Akhaminova

Her father was from Kabardino-Balkaria (Russia) and was stationed in Sverdlovsk in the Army, where he met her mother, a Russian. Yelena was born in Sverdlovsk, and started playing Volleyball there. In 1980, she was playing for a club from Sverdlovsk.
Then in 1981, she married Igor Sokolovsky, a footballer from Odessa and settled in Ukraine, where she played and later coached and apparenly is still living.
But she should definitely be classed as Russian in 1980.
